The Report Center

Reports & Sharing Updated Sep 3, 2026 Users managing reports across deals

The Report Center — the Reports page in the sidebar — is where reports stop being one-off downloads and become managed documents: a library across all your deals, with customization, branding, and per-report share links. It's the management layer on top of the standard deal report every plan includes.

Report Center vs your deal's Reports tab

  • Every paid plan can open a deal's Reports tab, view the report, and download the PDF — that's the standard reporting capability (see Your Deal Report & PDF).
  • The Report Center requires the advanced reporting capability. Without it, the page explains what it adds and your deal-level reports keep working — no plan is ever "without reports."

Create and customize a report

  1. Click New report, pick the deal (all shipped asset types are supported), optionally a specific scenario, and the report type.
  2. The report is created private, and Report settings opens on Details — your public-facing framing: title, subtitle, Prepared by / for, company branding, notes. Your last-used branding prefills the next report.
  3. On Sections, toggle what appears — the list matches the deal's flow (a wholesale report offers wholesale sections, a multifamily report its own), and at least one section always stays on.
  4. Sharing holds the report's own public link — covered in Share Links: Enable, Revoke & Rotate. Creating a report never publishes anything by itself.

Manage the library

  • Search and filter by address, client, status, type, and date; summary counts keep the library honest at a glance.
  • Rows show link state — live and public vs private — so you always know what's exposed.
  • Regenerate refreshes a report after underwriting changes; Delete removes the report record only — your deal and its underwriting are untouched.

If your plan changes

After a downgrade the Report Center states plainly what changed: reports you already generated stay open and downloadable, links you already shared stay live (and can always be disabled), while creating and managing new reports needs the advanced capability again. Nothing you delivered is taken away.

Common questions

  • "I don't have the Report Center — did I lose my reports?" — No. Deal-level reports are standard on every paid plan; the Center is management on top.
  • "My report shows old numbers." — Regenerate it after underwriting changes, then re-download or re-share.
  • "Which scenario is this report presenting?" — The one chosen at creation (the deal's default unless you picked another) — visible in the report's settings.
